modified to inline for figure to be visible

I have modified the files with %matplotlib inline so that they can be visible in the gitlab, however I couldn't run the reconstructions for 2 reason: 1- the data access on the server 2- astra package didnt work on my computer. I have tried to run the files on the learnmore cinemax folder it didn't work since the kernel crashes!
